If we wanted to present one of the most representative cellars of the western Herzegovinian vineyards, then it would definitely be Andrija Cellars. Apart from its size and appearance, this timeless place, buried in the foundations of the history of time and tradition, captures the visitor with the personality and charisma of the Ćorić family. The love for the vine, deeply imprinted by Andrija’s grandfather in the genetic code of all generations Ćorić, is the source from which the vineyards in Paoča drink – the heart of Brotnje in Čitluk.
The proximity of the sea with the composition of the soil, an altitude of 230 m and the entire terroir, create an exceptional Mediterranean microclimate and as a cover they tuck in well and keep toughness and mud to give their best. In order for the sacred raw material taken from nature to be processed in the best way without aggressive interventions and to change the dimension from grapes to a divine drop, top oenologists have been responsible for years. In the beginning, oenologist Vesna Bućan, while in recent years the vibrant drop has been successfully revived under the virtuoso touch of oenologist Josip Martinović. At first glance, when visiting the winery, we conclude that behind the impeccable and pleasant visual scenery is a winery of state-of-the-art technology and extremely large capacity.
