For context, SMC manufactures equipment to produce precast concrete structural products for flooring andwalls. Companies which own our equipment become members of the SMA to share strategic information related totechnical design, operations, and sales/marketing.Our Producers have come to expect this annual conference to beanall-aroundhigh-qualityevent. The level of service and hospitality our group received was second to none, we were treated to the trip of a lifetime which was a perfect blend of professional growth while being immersed in rich cultural experiences.The amenities, service, and attention to detail at the Hotel Katarina during our meeting sexceeded our needs throughou tour entirestay. Our time was managed perfectly by the staff who was professional, exceptionally courteous, and genuinely committed to our success. While the business portionof our conference was tremendously successful, the most memorable moments came from the time spent exploring the country. Each of the organized cultural experiences show cased the stunning countryside of Croatia and the beauty and history of the cities within. The tour guides were enthusiastic about their work and went out of their way to educate and entertain our Producers. The cuisine chosen for each day combined local delicacies paired with some of the worlds finest wine, we were in awe of the effort that went into making each day memorable.

Since 960, the SMA has been performing precast research and deyetogment and educating worIdwide. Every aspect of the recast industry is examined and addressed in technical, perations and marketing committees, with emphasis on education and training. Billions of square feet of precast concrete have been produced wordwide and used in building applications by our members. Every year the SMA hosts an annual business conference. In 2019. our annual business conference was held in Croatia under the guidance of Ms. Lucija Boras at Elenas Travel DMC. I can personally altest to the level of service. quality and detail provided at an affordable price. Hosfing my conference in Croatia resulted in a one of kind experience for my high- level members consisting of CEO’S and business owners from all over the wortd. Individuals came from Mexico, India, Egypt, Germany, Kazakhstan, USA just to nome a few. Elenas Travel DMC made the process extremely easy. Together we created a detailed program compete with both business meetings and siphfseelng. The combination of both work and fun was the perfect balance. We accomplished sefiing the program from afar using technology-email, whatsApp, phone calls. Members were very pleased wim the detailed fravel ifinerary provided and this enabled SMA to have a successful meefing. In my 20 plus years arranging meefings, our meefing in Croatia was by far the best. I con not say enough positive things regarding hosfing our meefing with Elenas Travel DMC.

IPHA (the International Prestressed Hollowcore Association)
I am writing on behalf of IPHA (the International Prestressed Hollowcore Association) for whom I had the honour of being Chief Executive from 1999 to 2017.Details of IPHA can be found on their website www.hollowcore.orgbutin brief it is an organisation whose members are manufacturers, designers and suppliers to the precast concrete industry around the world.There are approximately 55 member companies from about 35 different countries including Europe, USA, Australia, UAE etc.The aim of the organisation is to share technical expertise and research and to promote the use of arguably the most important construction material in the world.One of the most important events in the IPHA calendar is the annual conference where all member companies are invited to send delegates and partners to meet together to share knowledge, experiences and to develop social contact. The attendees are normally the company owners or chief executives and the venue is usually chosen to be in the country of a member company who acts as host. Attendance is normally around 70 -80 people and alongside the technical programme there is an important social programme for both delegates and their partners.In 2012 the IPHA annual conference was held in Split, Croatia and hosted by the Mucic company and organised by their sister company Elenas Travel DMC. I had the pleasure of co-ordinating the whole event with Ms Lucija Boras of that company and can say it was one of the best ever experienced by IPHA. Everything from accommodation to excursions was first class and is memorable to this day. Coatia is of course a beautiful country and is naturally enhanced when you are hosted by knowledgeable and charming local people.

I have had the pleasure to work with Lucija and her Elenas Travel DMC team when organizing an international meeting in 2018 in Croatia with participants and delegates all over the world. Winter vacation Jahorina
My lovely gf and I planned our recent vacation with Elenas Travel DMC. They made the process smooth, seamless, and stress free! Once we start our journey ,they help us handle everything from transport from the airport, accommodations and even activities and excursions. Everything was on one itinerary that we were able to print out and take with us, and included detailed descriptions and instructions including where to meet our driver at the airport, what their uniform would look like and what type of car they would be driving. The resort, amenities and service were amazing, and the food was over the top phenomenal! We had great time thanks to Elenas Travel and their team. We will definitely plan our next vacation with them🙌🏻
