The specialty of the Kupres ski resort is reflected in the wonderful nature surrounded by slopes, mountain climate and abundance of snow and the proximity of the Adriatic coast. This is exactly the reason for the growing number of skiing, snowboarding and sledding lovers from Herzegovina and Dalmatia who do not have to reach far for the fairytale winter magic.
At one of the two ski resorts, the sports and recreation center Čajuša and the ski center Stožer – Vrana, all snow lovers can find an offer for themselves, from experienced skiers, beginners to children who learn their first steps on skis right here. Opportunity for this is provided by qualified ski teachers in schools at very reasonable prices as well as renters of complete ski equipment.
Ski resort Čajuša has four ski slopes with a total length of about 13 kilometers and is located at 1,200 – 1,550 meters above sea level. It is equipped with a total of 5 lifts: one baby lift, two anchor lifts in the length of 1,080 and 1,150 meters, one two-seater chairlift in the length of 980 meters, and one four-seater that runs from the bottom to the top of the ski resort in 6 minutes. The trails are maintained regularly and in case of possible lack of snow, artificial snow cannons, for the purpose of which additional artificial lakes have been built, enable artificial snowmaking.
The trails are within easy reach of the hotel, interconnected and diverse, and in addition to an exciting ski adventure, they also offer refreshments with food and drink. Experience the most impressive picture with a sunlit peak and a view of the mountain glades dotted with dense pine forest.
