The entire Jahorina ski resort, which is managed by the homonymous Olympic Center, has 55 kilometers of quality trails with an average snow height of 106 cm and contains five chairlifts, nine cable cars and four lifts.
Jahorina is not just a modern ski center but a graceful mountain with a rich tradition marked by the 1984 Winter Olympics. It nurtures its successful tradition with novelties and training in each ski season, so that with an improved snowmaking system it provides 120 days of exceptional skiing and unforgettable experiences.
From the new ski sensations, you will be delighted by the top gondola Poljice with the latest technology, light effects, the latest cabins, and an increased capacity of 3,600 skiers per hour, and two six-seater chairlifts are under construction.
The realization of the project of a new snowmaking system on 7 km of ski resorts has already started, and the existing slopes will be additionally refurbished. The lighting of the Novak Đoković trail, 1,000 m long, has enriched the offer for night skiing enthusiasts, which further expands the capacity to a total of 5 km of night ski trails.
The construction of a new six-seater and a new Olympic ski lift with ski slopes is underway, between the Željo trail and the Oympik trail. It is planned to build the entrance from Pale to Osmice, where the new route of the road to Podgrab passed, and the remediation of the road network Pale – Jahorina.
Started construction of a new parking system will also contribute to a more pleasant stay in this snowy idyll that is definitely worth a visit.
